摘要
通过对大量因磨损而失效的车刀刀头的分析,给出了车刀各磨损参数与切削时间的关系曲线,并探讨了前、后刀面磨损的钝化判据。在生产中应用钝化判据,可及时磨刀或换刀,从而减少车刀损耗、延长车刀使用期,提高劳动生产率和产品加工质量。
By analyzing on failure due to wears of a large number of the tool bits of the lathe tool, this paper gives a relationship curve between the wear and the cutting time, and discusses the wear passivation criteria of the front rake face and flank. The passivation criteria can be applied in the production to sharpening and changing blades timely, reducing the loss of the lathe tools, extending the use of period, raising labor productivity and product quality processing.
