基于MasterCAM9.1的华中数控车削指令后处理的应用

Application in the Post-processing for Command in Huazhong NC Lathe Systems Based on MasterCAM9.1

针对用MasterCAM9.1软件后置处理自动生成的加工程序不能直接应用华中数控车削系统的问题,介绍了在MasterCAM中进行数控车削自动编程的方法,再通过修改后处理文件,使生成的程序不需要修改就能适应华中数控系统的要求,提高了编程加工效率,在实践中具有很好的应用价值。

The Post-processing Numerical control programs produced by MasterCAM9.1 can not be used in Huazhong Numerical control lathe systems directly, this paper introduces the method in the numerical control lathe of MasterCAM. Through modifying the documents of post-prccessing, the programs produced by post-precessing can meet with the demand of Huazhong numerical control systems and improve the efficiency of programing and manufacture.h has the very good application value in the reality.
