摘要
在分析触针式二维轮廓测量仪基本工作原理的基础上,开发了二维轮廓测量仪测试系统。经实际应用表明,该系统可对各类零件轮廓数据采集,进行准确、完整的标注和分析,并可对螺纹零件进行一次性标注所有的螺距及牙型角;可方便地标定仪器,减小测量误差;可根据用户需求所见即所得地打印图形,并可以保存为国际通用的图形格式,具有较高的市场竞争力和应用价值。
On the basis of analyzing the operating principle of with stylus, the basic 2-D profilograph measurement and test system is developed. After practical application, it is proved that various kinds of parts can be data acquisition, dimensioned and analyzed accurately and completely. The system can also analysis all the thread pitches and angles once in a while. And convenient calibration mode eliminates the instrumental error greatly. Users could print the any area of the figure by what you see is what will print mode, and could save the file as industrial universal format. All the uses will make this software having competitive power and application value on the market.
