蓝黄青口服液对小鼠体外诱生细胞因子的影响

The effect of induced secreting cytokine in vitro by LHQY

在对体外诱生小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌细胞因子的影响试验中,用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定蓝黄青口服液(LHQY)对脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-2、IFN-γ及INF-α含量的影响,结果显示,LHQY在有无诱生剂ConA存在的条件均能极显著促进小鼠T淋巴细胞分泌IL-2和IFN-γ(P<0.01),加入诱生剂的组,分泌的量较大;在PHA-M的协同作用下,除药物浓度为1∶10外,均可极显著促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌INF-α(P<0.01),但其本身对于INF-α的分泌主要起抑制作用。

In the experiment to determine inducing leukomonocyte in vitro and the effect of secreting cytokine, determined the effect of LHQY on splenic lymphocyte secreting IL-2, IFN-γ and INF-α with double antibody ELISA. The results showed LHQY could significantly promote the secretion of IL-2 and IFN-γ with or without ConA by the T lymphocyte of mice（P〈0.01） ,and the level of IL-2 and IFN -γ was higher in the group adding ConA. With the PHA-M, except the drug concentration was 1 ： 10, LHQY could significantly promote the secretion of INF- α （P〈0.01） ,but it can inhibit the secretion of IFN-α by lymphocyte.
