摘要
冰粒磨料射流是一种真正的绿色清洗技术,它将低温技术和水射流技术相结合。基于过冷水动态制冰的原理,设计出一套冰粒磨料射流装置,而制冷系统是该冰粒磨料射流装置的核心。在传热学的基础上,对满液式蒸发器内的盘管和外壳进行设计;依据系统的制冷量,对制冷系统其余设备进行选型。
Ice jet is a green cleaning technology, combining low temperature with water jet. Tries to establish an ice jet device based on dynamic freezing of supercooled water, and refrigeration system is definite emphasize of it. Thus, the coil pipe and shell of flooded evaporator are designed on the base of heat transfer theory, meanwhile other equipments are chosen according to refrigerating capacity.
