摘要
由于采煤机工作条件恶劣,所以要求采煤机截割部摇臂壳体有足够的强度和刚度。利用三维软件Pro/E建立了采煤机截割部摇臂壳体的实体模型,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS后对其结构进行应力分析,获得了采煤机截割部摇臂的应力和变形状态,为采煤机截割部的进一步改进提供了依据。
The working condition is very bad, so the shearer cutting rocker should have enough strength and stiffness. Built the solid model of the shearer cutting rocker with software Pro/E and have a stress analysis to the structure with ANSYS. Get the stain and stress of the shearer cutting rocker. It can provide the theory for improving the shearer cutting.
