摘要
分析了奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti材料的切削加工特点,给出了本材料在车削、钻削、铣削加工中的刀具材料和有关几何参数,显著提高奥氏体不锈钢零件的加工质量和生产效率。
The characteristics of 1Cr18NigTi austenite stainless steel in the process of cutting are analyzed, and cutter material and cutter geometry parameter in this material process of turning, milling and fitter processing are put forward . It remarkably enhances the machining quality and the efficiency of cutting 1Cr18NigTi austenite stainless steel parts.
