摘要
分析了工件孔自由挤光时,在不同加工条件下刀具与工件相对位置的变化过程,研究了用刀具实现工件定位过程的规律性,得出了工件自动调节条件与工件高度以及工件的外径有关的结论,并提出了利用增加支承面积来保证自动调节的方法。
The change process of relative position of cutter and workpiece is analyzed and the regularity of workpiece location by cutter is researched. The self - adjusting condition on workpiece' s height and diameter is presented. The new solution by enlarging holder undersurface is given.
