摘要 介绍了四川龙滩煤矿长距离弯曲带式输送机电控系统的设计构思,着重阐述了PLC、变频器、触摸屏和Profibus总线在解决长距离弯曲带式输送机及液体黏性软起动等控制问题时所起的重要作用,实现了矿井自动化、网络化与信息化的现代化建设,保障了原煤运输的稳定可靠,对矿井的安全生产具有重要意义。 Introduce a design of electric control system of the long - distance and curving belt conveyer of Longtan coal mine in Sichuan Province. Expatiate on the important role which the PLC,inverter, touch panel and Profibus play in solving the start control problem of the long - distance and curving belt conveyer and hydroviscous soft - start device. Accomplish the mine advanced construction including automatization, networking and informatization. Support the steady and reliable conveyance of original coal. All of that makes great significance in the coal mine secure production.
