摘要
对乳化液自动配比现状进行了分析,针对目前存在的问题提出了基于PLC控制的可调式乳化液定量配比系统,对其配制机理和工作原理进行分析,运用力控组态分析软件模拟现场配比,实时监控进油量和水流量,进行实时调节乳化油浓度,实现了可调定量配比。
Analysing a present state of emulsion automatic compounding, against the present problem put forward the adjustable emulsion batching compounding system which based on PLC control, analyses the compounding mechanics and working rationale, simulation the field engineering compounding by force control configuration analyse software , real -time supervisory the oil mass and water mass, then adjusting the emulsion concentration real -time, implementation adjustable emulsion batching compounding.
