从优化采煤机螺旋滚筒参数和保证工作面刮板输送机铲煤板贴底板移动2个方面探讨了提高综采设备装煤效果的途径。重点介绍了保证刮板输送机铲煤板贴煤层底板移动的2种推移装置-斜槽铰接式和活动铰接式推移装置。
Introduces two methods of improving coal loading effects of fully - mechanized mining equipment, optimum design the screw drum of shearer, make not floating the floor in moving plate of face conveyor. Slanting groove articulated pusher device and moving articulated pusher device are researched.
