摘要
针对过去传统的人工测量方法存在的弊端,采用防坠器综合测试仪基于虚拟技术的测试方法,对副井防坠器进行空载重载脱钩试验,通过试验曲线得到准确的制动减速度和空行程时间,可以准确地判断防坠器性能的好坏,为矿井安全运行提供科学的保障。
Aiming at the shortage of traditional manual measuring method, a new parachute ' s comprehensive test instrument was designed based on the theory of virtual. The unhooking experiments of unload and heavy load were performed on the subsidiary shaft parachute. The accurate braking deceleration and empty stoke time were obtained from the experiment curve, which determine the performance of the parachute with accuracy and supply the safeguard with the mine hoist.
