摘要
基于传统的诱导轮叶片加工方式,从现有的二维水力设计图的型值点出发,基于Pro/E软件,采用从点到线、从线到面、再从面到实体的方法,实现了诱导轮空间扭曲叶片的三维实体造型,利用注射模型腔(模拟)的常用方法实现了诱导轮流道的造型,造型方法精确,为后续的网格划分及流场数值模拟奠定了基础。
Basing on the traditional machining method of the inducer vane, beginning from the known vanes data from the 2D hydraulic drawing, the method of beginning from point to curve, from curve to face , and from face to solid is adopted. Then the channel of the inducer is modeled by adopting the method of mold modeling. The model method is accurate. It is significant for further studying and numerical control machining in the flow calculation through inducers.
