摘要
液压泵是液压系统的动力源,它的失效直接影响系统的正常工作,因此液压泵的状态监测与故障诊断是迫切需要解决的问题。阐述了支持向量机(SVM)算法的原理,研究了基于支持向量机的液压泵的故障诊断,通过分析,选择了恰当的核函数,建立了优化方程。试验分析的结果表明,该方法是一种简单而有效的方法。
The failure of hydraulic pump as a power unit in hydraulic systems affects directly the proper performance of the systems. Therefore, the monitoring of the pump performance and diagnosis of pump faults are urgent problems in want of solution. The principle of support vector machine ( SVM ) algorithm is described. Study on fault diagnosis based on SVM for hydraulic pump. Apposite kernel functions are selected after analysis , and bulid an reasonable equation. The test and analysis results indicate that the method is simple and efficient.
