机械设备在经过长时间运行或环境条件的改变之后,机器本身的性能参数会发生变化,这些变化导致故障征兆与故障原因间的隶属关系是模糊的,为此,将模糊理论方法引入到机械设备故障诊断中,提出了由加权统计法确定模糊隶属度的方法,建立了模糊诊断模型,并在计算机上实现了机械设备故障的模糊诊断。
