基于图像的高炉出铁口铁水流量检测

摘要 通过对现有高炉鱼雷罐车称重系统的分析,提出了一种应用视觉检测技术测量出铁口铁水流量的方法,介绍了设计原理,阐述了系统组成及设计方法。这种方法将十字丝标签贴在鱼雷罐的罐体上,通过对十字丝的图像处理,采用特征匹配方法进行粗定位,应用角点检测实现精确定位,获得了鱼雷罐车弹簧的下压移动距离,计算得到流入到鱼雷罐车中铁水的质量,并计算出实时铁水流量。经过现场验证,通过这种方法获得的测量结果可以满足生产需要。 A method in which a visual detection technology is used to measure molten iron flow rate is proposed through the existing blast furnace torpedo ladle car weighing system analysis. The design principle was introduced, and the system components and design methods have been described. The movement of torpedo ladle car spring downward pressure was obtained by affixing the cross labels to torpedo ladle car, processing the cross label image, using feature matching method to carry out primary positioning and using corner detection to realize the precise positioning. The quality of molten iron flowed into torpedo car was calculated and real--time flow of molten iron had been worked out. The field-work shows that the measured results can meet production needs.
