摘要 用微波加热,研究了微波对纤维接枝反应的影响,分析了接枝剂质量浓度及微波作用时间对棉织物上染率与固色率的影响,并对染色织物的色牢度进行了测试,结果表明:微波对轧染有促进作用,上染率与固色率都有不同程度的提高,织物染色牢度优良.用DSC研究了微波染色后纤维的热稳定性能.结果表明:微波处理前后织物高温段的放热峰有一定的改变,放热量也有一定的变化. The effect of microwave on the grafting by microwave heating was studied. The influence of the mass concentration of graft agent and the action time of microwave on the dye uptake and fixation was analyzed, and the color fastness of dyed fabric was measured. The results showed that microwave has acceleration function on pad dyeing, the dye uptake and fixation was improved to some extent. And at the same time, the color fastness of dyed fabric was good. The thermal stability of microwave dyed fabric was studied through DSC. The results indicated that the exothermic peak of microwave treated fabric changed compared the control fabric, and the exothermal also changed.
