摘要 以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、γ-哌嗪基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(HD-110)水解物为原料,在氢氧化钾(KOH)催化下,制备了羟基封端的新型氨基硅油.最佳合成条件为:HD-110水解物占投料量的5.00%,140℃反应5 h.以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂,制得氨基硅油微乳液,将其用于纯棉布后整理,能赋予织物更好的柔软性、平滑性、蓬松性、低黄变性以及亲水性. A novel hydroxyl terminated aminosilicone oil was synthesized using octamethylcyclo tetrasitoxane (D4) and the hydrolysis product of γ-piperazinepropylmethyldimethoxysilane (HD-110) as raw material and potassium hydrate as catalyst.The optimum synthesis condition was as follows: the percentage of the hydrolysis product of HD-110 was 5.00%, 140 ℃ reaction 5 h. The microemulsion of this aminosilicone oil was prepared using polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether as emulsifier, and was applied on cotton finish. The result showed that it could impart cotton better softness, smoothness, floppy, antiyellowing and hydrophilicity.
