摘要 用乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸酯涂料印花粘合剂.对单体的乳化方式、乳化温度、引发剂的投料方式及分配比例、预乳液pH、双滴加温度及时间等制备工艺条件进行了研究.结果表明:采用40℃分步乳化,在不同的聚合阶段引发剂以1∶3∶1的比例分3次加入聚合体系,调节预乳液pH为5,恒温80~85℃、100 min双滴加,追加引发剂后升温3~5℃并保温80 min,可制得应用性能优良的涂料印花粘合剂. The polyacrylate binder for pigment printing was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The various conditions for synthesizing polyacrylate, the way of emulsifying monomer, emulsification temperature, proportion and feeding way of initiator, pH value of pre-emulsion, temperature and time of double instilment and so on, were investigated. The results showed that an excellent binder for pigment printing can be obtained under the conditions of emulsifying monomers step by step at 40 ℃, feeding the initiator in batches (1:3:1), adjusting the pre-emulsion to pH 5, double instilling under 80-85℃ for 100 min, and then elevating temperature by 3-5 ℃ and holding for 80 min.
