碱土金属化合物对焦炭反应性的影响 被引量:11

Influence of Compound of Alkali Earth Metals on Coke Reactivity

摘要 在焦炭干馏过程前向焦煤中加入催化剂,通过碳化干馏试验在实验室炼制出含有碱土金属化合物的焦样,并对焦样进行了反应性试验、XRD检测和SEM扫描电镜分析,研究了不同碱土金属化合物及碱土金属化合物的不同添加量对焦炭反应性的影响,得出了碱土金属化合物对焦炭反应性的影响规律并分析了碱土金属化合物的分布规律及赋存状态。 The coke samples were prepared by adding catalyst to coking coal with compound alkali earth metals before carbonization in oven,and the coke reactivity was tested, and X-Ray diffraction and SEM analysis were carried out. The rules of influenee of compound alkali earth metals on coke reactivity were obtained with distribution and state of compound alkali earth metals in coke.
