湖羊GDF8区域微卫星标记遗传多样性与生长性状相关性分析 被引量:8

摘要 选择位于绵羊2号染色体GDF8区域可能与生长性能相关性较大的4个微卫星标记(BMS1591、TEXAN-2、FCB128、BM81124)对湖羊的生长性状进行研究。结果表明:这4个微卫星标记在湖羊中都达到了高度多态水平(PIC>0.5),可见这些微卫星标记可用于湖羊的遗传多样性评估。方差分析表明:标记BMS1591各基因型初生重之间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);在BMS1591标记中104/114的初生重最小二乘平均值为最大,与基因型94/112、94/114、98/106、102/120和106/120之间初生重的最小二乘平均值差异极显著(P<0.01);标记BMS1591的断奶重和6月龄重以及标记TEXAN-2、FCB128、BM81124的初生重、断奶重和6月龄重,各基因型之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。
