摘要
以马尾松松香和马来酸酐为原料,在微波辐射条件下合成马来海松酸。探讨了反应时间、溶剂用量、微波功率、物料配比等因素对马来海松酸产率的影响。通过正交试验确定最佳合成条件:以乙酸为溶剂,乙酸的用量为松香马来酸酐总质量的29%,枞酸型树脂酸与马来酸酐物质的量比为1.1∶1,微波功率为120 W,反应时间为28 min。在此条件下,马来海松酸产率达70.3%。对合成产物的物理化学性质进行了分析,其熔点为226℃,酸值为415.4 mg/g。
Maleopimaric acid was synthesized under microwave irradiation using gum rosin of pinus massoniana and maleic anhydride as the starting materials.Effects of the reaction time,microwave power,the amount of acetic acid,and molar ratio of abietic-type resin acids to maleic anhydride on the Diels-Alder addition were investigated.The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained based on the results of orthogonal experiments,namely:a reaction time of 28 min;a microwave power of 120 W;a dosage of acetic acid(used as the solvent) equating to 29% of the total mass of rosin and maleic anhydride;and a ratio of abietic-type resin acid/maleic anhydride=1.1∶1.The yield of maleopimaric acid was 70.3% with a m.p.of 226 ℃ and an acid value 415.4 mg/g.
