摘要
以环已酮和乙烯基乙醚为原料,经微波辐射合成γ-硫辛酸后通过空气氧化获得标题化合物。微波功率270 W,亲核取代微波辐射时间为15 min、碱水解微波辐射时间为8 min,产品收率53.4%。产物结构经熔点、IR1、HNMR和EI-MS确证。
By using cyclohexanone and ethyl vinyl ether as raw materials,γ-lipoic acid was synthesized under microwave irradiation.γ-Lipoic acid was turned into α-lipoic acid by oxidation in air.Under a microwave power of 270 W,the nucleophilic reaction proceeded in 15 min and the alkaline hydrolysis proceeded in 8 min.The total yield of α-lipoic acid was over 53.4%.The structure of α-lipoic acid was confirmed by melting point measurement,IR,1HNMR and EI-MS testing.
