摘要
以木质素醇醚、氢氧化钠与3-氯丙酸反应制备木质素醇醚羧酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,用正交试验确定合成木质素醇醚羧酸盐的最佳反应条件,n(NaOH)∶n(木质素醇醚)=2.5,n(3-氯丙酸)∶n(木质素醇醚)=1.2,反应温度80℃,反应时间4 h,木质素醇醚转化率可达到94.8%。对不同聚合度的木质素醇醚羧酸盐进行性能测定,w=2.5%时表面张力可达到的41.2 mN/m,钙皂分散指数4.8%~8.4%;对松节油的乳化力为31 s,泡沫高度为30~50 mm。
Anion surfactant-lignin alcohol ether carboxylate was synthesized from lignin alcohol ether,sodium hydroxide and 3-chloropropionic acid.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:a ratio of n(NaOH)∶n(lignin alcohol ether)=2.5,a ratio of n(3-chloropropionic acid)∶n(lignin alcohol ether)=1.2,a reaction temperature of 80 ℃,and a reaction time of 4 h,with the conversion rate of lignin alcohol ether reaching 94.8%.Properties of lignin alcohol ether carboxylate at different polymerization degrees were measured,with the surface tension equating to 41.2 mN/m(when the surfactant mass fraction was 2.5%),and the calcium soap dispersancy equating to 4.8%~8.4%.The turpentine emulsifying ability of the said surfactant was 31s at a foam height of 30~50 mm.
