摘要
采用镍基复合催化剂,分别以水、乙醇为溶剂,邻硝基苯胺氢化合成邻苯二胺。实验结果表明,在水中,温度85~105℃、压力1.5MPa下收率为72%~78%(以邻硝基苯胺计);在乙醇中,温度45℃、压力0.8~1.5MPa下收率为82%~91%(以邻硝基苯胺计)。以乙醇为溶剂镍基复合催化剂催化加氢法与传统的硫化碱还原或铁粉还原工艺相比,在减少废水和降低成本等方面有较大的优势。
o-Phenylenediamine was synthesized from o-nitroaniline by composite nickel catalysed hydrogenation in water and ethanol, respectively. The results showed that when water was used as the solvent, the yield was 72%- 78% at 85-105℃ and 1.5 MPa. In ethanol, the yield was 82%-91% at 45℃ and 0.8-1.5 MPa. Compared to the traditional reduction by sodium sulfide reduction and iron powder, the catalytic hydrogenation using ethanol as the solvent and composite nickel as the catalyst has more advantages with respect to reducing waste water and production cost.
