摘要
采用超增溶胶团原位自组装法制备纳米SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-SiO_2-ZrO_2固体超强酸。考察原料配比和温度等因素对催化剂性能的影响,采用TEM、XRD和BET等手段对其进行表征。结果表明,形成的纳米粒子分散性好,粒径分布较窄[(10~20)nm],比表面积(180~280)m^2·g^(-1),孔容(0.45~0.85)cm^3·g^(-1),孔径(6.0~9.0)nm,硫酸质量分数9.31%~15.36%,是理想的纳米固体超强酸。
Nanosized SO4^2-/TiO2-SiO2-ZrO2solid superacid was prepared by supersolubilizing serf-assembly and characterized by XRD, BET and TEM. The effects of feed proportion and temperature on the cata- lyric behaviors were investigated. The results indicated that the nanoparticle catalyst was well-dispersed, with narrow particle size distribution [ (10 -20 ) nm ], larger pore size, surface area ranging from 180 m^2 · g^-1to 280 m^2 · g^-1, pore volume of (0.45 -0.85) cm^3 · g^-1 ,particle diameter of (6.0 - 9.0) nm and SO4^2- of 9.31% - 15.36% ( mass fraction).
