Fe-Ti-N形核合金对工业纯铁凝固组织的细化作用

摘要 通过在铁钛熔体中引入氮气,制备了形核Fe-Ti-N合金。扫描电镜和能谱仪观察结果表明,该形核合金中均匀分布着大量的TiN粒子。应用该形核合金对熔态工业纯铁进行凝固组织细化实验,结果发现,添加2wt%合金后,纯铁铸锭的等轴晶区比例从30%提高到60%,平均晶粒尺寸从700μm降低到400μm。 The Fe-Ti-N nucleation alloy was prepared through the chemical reaction of nitrogen gas with Ti dissolved in the Fe-melt. The observations of SEM and EDX showed there were a lot of TiN particles uniformly distributed in the Fe matrix. The refining of the solidified structure was performed by adding this nucleation alloy into the pure Fe melts. The results showed that the equiaxed grains proportion of the test ingot increased from 30% to 60% after the 2 wt% addition of the Fe-Ti-N alloy, and the average grain size deceased from 700μm to 400μm.
