奶牛X性控冻精应用效果试验

Effect experimentation of introducing X-sexual controlling refrigerant sperm

选用120头奶牛,分为2组各60头。用X性控冻精和普通冻精授精配奶牛。结果表明,试验组比对照组情期受胎率低8.3百分点(P>0.05),母犊率提高43.8个百分点(P>0.01)。

Selection local milk - cow with the number of 120 and dividing into two groups with the number of 60 each one randomly, inseminating the milk - cow with X - sexual controlling refrigerant sperm artificially , and then calculating the ration of the ruttish insemination and the ration of producing female calf. Then the conclusion illumination is ： the ruttish insemination ration of experimental group is lower about 8.3 percent than eontradistinguish group（ P 〉 0.05 ） and the female calf ratio of experimental group is higher about 43.8 percent than contradicting group（ P 〈0.01 ）.
