通过牛皮肤上肿瘤样物进行病理学检查,确定其为乳头状瘤。眼观肿瘤呈结节状、猴头菇样,表面光滑或粗糙,质地坚硬,有的有蒂与体表皮肤相连。光镜下,主要为鳞状上皮向上过度生长,形成了单个或多个乳头状突起,瘤细胞的体积比正常的稍大,核染色质丰富,排列整齐,细胞无异型性。

Histopathologieal examinations showed these corpora mammillafia eephyma were caused by pavement - epithelium overgrowth upward, the tumor cell was larger than the normal cell and had no obviously atypia, in which the nuclear chromatin is abundant.
