增效硫酸多黏菌素口服液治疗仔猪黄白痢临床试验

Clinical trials of efficiency sulfuric acid colistin oral on controlling yellow and white scour of piglet

为验证增效多硫酸黏菌素口服液对仔猪黄白痢的临床疗效,选用自然感染仔猪黄白痢患病仔猪为试验对象,以硫酸多黏菌素口服液的疗效为对照。结果显示,增效硫酸多黏菌素口服液高、中、低剂量组对仔猪黄白痢的治愈率分别为90.0%、83.3%、53.3%,总有效率分别为93.3%、86.6%和76.6%;硫酸多黏菌素口服液对照组的治愈率为60.0%、总有效率为83.3%;试验药物高、中剂量组对仔猪黄白痢的治愈率与对照药物比较差异显著(P<0.05)。表明增效硫酸多黏菌素口服液对仔猪黄白痢的临床疗效显著优于硫酸多黏菌素口服液,建议推荐剂量为每次0.2mL/kg,每天2次,连用2d。

For verifying the clinical effects of efficiency sulfuric acid eolistin oral on controlling the yellow and white scour of piglets, natural sick piglets infected with yellow and white scour were selected for the test, and the piglets treated with sulfuric acid colistin were used as the control. The results showed that the cure rate of high, middle and low dosage groups of efficiency sulfuric acid colistin oral on the yellow and white scour of piglet was 90.0%, 83.3% and 53.3%, respectively, and the total effective rate was 93.3%, 86.6% and 76.6%, respectively, While that for sulfuric acid colistin oral was 60.0% and 83.3%, respectively. The difference of cure rate between the high group and the control group,the middle group and the control group was significant （P〈0.05）. The results indicated that the effecte of efficiency sulfuric acid colistin oral on curing the yellow and white scour of piglet was better than that of the sulfuric acid colistin oral, and the suggested application dosage was 0.2 mL/kg for one time and twice everyday in two days.
