摘要
通过分析汽车电器支架零件结构及成形工艺特点和难点,拟定一系列针对性工艺措施,通过对不同排样方案进行比较和计算,选择最优的排样方案,结合冲裁、弯曲、冷镦等工序,设计了模具结构,成功地实现零件在精密多工位级进模上的成形。
After analysis on the structure of an automotive electric support and its forming characteristics and difficulties, some technological measures were planned. An optimal design was achieved by comparing and calculating various layout design schemes; and a precision progressive die combining processes of blanking, bending and cold upsetting was developed.
