介绍双色注射成型原理,以双色按键注射模设计为例,分析双色注射模结构、工作过程和设计要点,设计的双色按键注射模实现了高效、大批量、高质量的生产,取得了良好的经济效益,满足按键塑件视觉和功能上的需要。
The principle of two-component injection molding was stated. The structure, work process and design points of a two-component injection mould for forming a two-color push button key were analyzed. The mould can efficiently make high quality of products and meet the requirements for the functions and visual features of the keys.
