Electrochemical mechanical finishing technique for mould cavity surface

摘要 针对模具型腔表面,研究手持式工具电化学机械光整加工的工具设计、表面质量和精度特性等关键技术问题,重点研究不规则表面工具库的建立;磨料粒度、工具摩擦速度、工具压力等工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响,获得较佳的工艺参数范围;探讨常规工艺条件下零件的精度特征,最后以带外圆弧平面、内曲面、窄槽面等形状的实际零件进行加工实验,验证了手持工具式电化学机械光整加工技术的应用效果。 The surface quality of machine parts has an important effect on the performance and lifetime of mechanical products, so that the part surface needs finish machining. In this paper, hand-held electrochemical mechanical finishing (ECMF) technique was studied, especially the finish machining of irregular surface. The influence of grit size, friction speed and pressure of tools on the surface roughness was analyzed; and the accuracy characteristics under normal process condition were discussed. The technique was then well applied in the machining of parts with outer arc plane, negative camber or narrow grooved surface.
