摘要
以优生、计划生育和人类生殖辅助工程为例,探讨了现代生物技术发展与当代伦理的冲突与思考。区别生命质量与健康的概念,并提倡现代医学应以追求高生命质量为行为准则。最后提出,我们应在整个公共伦理安定完整的前提下,追求个人生命质量的提升;而生物技术应该是无限地发展,有限地合乎伦理地利用。
Taking eugenics, family planning and reproductive human- assisted projects for instance, the article discusses the conflicts between modem biotechnology and the contemporary ethics. It distinguishes the concepts of life quality and that of health, and advocates that the modem medicine should conduct to be in pursuit of the high quality of life. Finally, it puts forward that we should upgrade the quality of individual＇s life in the circumstance of a stable and integrated communal ethics. Biotechnology may be developed immeasurably, but should be used restricted and morally.
