摘要
以紧密啮合双螺杆挤出机为反应器,二乙二醇二甲醚(2G)为极性添加剂,有机锂为引发剂,采用混合单体一次加料的反应挤出技术本体法合成了苯乙烯/异戊二烯共聚物,1H-NMR、多检测GPC和DMA的分析结果表明,随着2G的加入及其用量的增加,该共聚物中的3,4-IP和无规苯乙烯单元的含量逐渐增加;PS嵌段平均长度逐渐变短,分子链末端有较长的PS嵌段;连续相和分散相的玻璃化转变温度逐渐向高温方向移动,两相相容性逐渐提高。
By means of the twin-screw extruder as the reactor, diglycol dimethyl ether(2G) as the polar additive, and mixed styrene (S) and isoprene (I) as the monomer, a S/I copolymer was synthesized by reactive extrusion, initiated by organic lithium. It is found by results of ^1H-NMR ,GPC and DMA, that with the adding and increasing of 2G, the content of 3, 4-IP and random styrene of copolymers are increased; the length of PS segments is decreased, and a PS block is on the end of the molecule chains; the Tg of continuous and disperse phases is increased, and the compatibility of different phases is improved.
