摘要
利用应力熔体流变仪研究了MC尼龙6及MC尼龙6/Kevlar纤维(KF)复合材料的动态流变性能。结果表明,随着剪切频率ω的增加,MC尼龙6及其复合材料熔体的动态黏度η均减小,储能模量G′和损耗模量G″均增大;随着纤维用量的增加,MC尼龙6的熔体黏度呈增加的趋势;低频率时,纯MC尼龙6熔体以粘性流动为主,高频率时,熔体以弹性流动为主;加入纤维后,复合材料的熔体以粘性流动为主,且不同纤维含量的复合材料有着相似的G′~ω和G″~ω。这些结论也可由lgG′~lgG″关系图得到。
Dynamic rheological properties of MC nylon 6 and its eomposites were studied by Rheological Testing Machine. The results show with the increase of shearing frequency, the dynamic viscosity (η′) of the melt of MC nylon 6 and its composites decreases, while the storage modulus (G′) and loss modulus (G″) of the melt increases respectively the viscosity of the MC nylon 6 melt increases with an increase of fibers. The viscous fluxion of MC nylon 6 melt has priority over elastic fluxion at low shearing frequency, and the situation is reverse at high shearing frequency. The composites melt emerges viscous fluxion only and they has the similar trend of G′-ω and G″-ω. The above conclusion could also be attained by lgG′-lgG″ plots and is significant to the processing and properties improvement of MC nylon 6.
