摘要
采用二酐(HQDPA)和二胺(ODA)合成了聚酰亚胺,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为无机前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶法在溶剂DMF中制备出SiO2不同含量的PI/SiO2杂化膜,偶联剂GOTMS用来加强聚酰亚胺与SiO2的相容性。采用SEM及万能拉力实验机对膜材料的微观结构和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,质量分数为10%SiO2的杂化膜力学性能得到加强,20%,30%的膜力学性能下降;加入偶联剂有效地抑制了SiO2的团聚,20%,30%的杂化膜力学性能得到了改善。
Polyimide and polyimide/SiO2 hybrid composite membranes were prepared from 1, 4-bis (3, 4- dicarboxypbenoxy) benzene dianhydride(HQDPA) and 4,4' -Diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA) via sol-gel process while ethyl silicate was added as precursor. The solvent was N, N-Diamethylformamide ( DMF ). γ- glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilanes(GOTMS) was used as coupling agent to enhance the compatibility between polyimide and silica. The membranes' microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated by SEM, and universal tensile tester. The mechanical properties are improved in hybrid membrane with 10 % silica, but decreased in that with 20% and 30% silica. After GOTMS is introduced, the aggregation of silica is efficiently controlled which results in the promotion in mechanical properties of hybrid membrane with 20%, 30% silica.
