环形炉蓄热式数字化燃烧技术的研究与应用

The research and application of HTAC on rotary reheating furnace

论述了蓄热式燃烧技术在环形炉上应用需要解决的几个问题。采用蓄热式燃烧技术后,加热炉的加热能力明显提高,加热温度均匀,节能效果明显,管坯加热过程中无待温时间,满足了扩大生产能力的要求。

This paper describes some problems of the application of HTAC on rotary reheating furnace. The heating capacity of the furnace has been greatly enhanced after the application. The actual operation practice shows that the modified furnace features uniform heating temperature, obvious energy-saving efficiency, completely elimination of the temperature-waiting time during the billet-heating process, having met the requirement for expanding the production capacity of the said pipe plant.
