摘要
HTAC技术的核心内容之一是低氧燃烧。文章分析了在工业应用中实现低氧燃烧的几种有效途径和各自的优缺点,同时结合几种低氧燃烧的实现方式,开发出一种可以卷吸烟气的低氧燃烧器,并在熔化保温炉上进行了应用实践,取得了节约能源、降低氧化烧损的效果。
Low-oxygen combustion is a part of the core content of HTAC technology. This paper analyzed some methods which can realize low-oxygen combustion in industry application and the advantage and disadvantage of them. By compare comparison the ways of low-oxygen, developed a new low-oxygen burner and applied it in a furnace. Then got a good effect such as energy conservation and reducing burning loss.
