钢铁企业工业循环冷却水系统如同主工艺生产的生命线,对于正常的生产和维护设备的安全起着至关重要的作用。循环冷却水系统能耗也极高,用电负荷约占整个单元项目用电量的20%-30%。就如何进行钢铁企业工业循环冷却水系统的节能设计展开讨论,可作为实际工程的借鉴和参考。
In the iron and steel enterprise, the circulating industry water system is regarded as the lifeline of the main production line. It is very important on the safety regular production and facilities maintenance. The energy consumption is also very high. The power consumption of electricity load account for about 20 to 30 percent of the entire unit. The conservation and design of circulating cooling water system are discussed. It can be used for reference in the engineering.
