A Countermeasure Analysis of Reducing the Property Income Gap

随着财产集中程度的增强和财产性收入增长速度加快,财产性收入差距成为影响收入差距扩大的重要因素。目前关于解决贫富差距的研究,大都从劳动性收入的角度去分析,从财产性收入角度进行的分析明显不足。这里明确了财产性收入的概念,研究财产性收入分配在解决贫富差距中的关键性作用,提出我国现阶段如何缩小财产性收入差距的一些建议。

With the strengthening of the concentration rate of the property and the growth rate of the property income, the property income gap becomes an important factor affecting the income gap. At present, most research for bridging the gap between the rich and the poor are focused on the analysis of the labor income, lacking of analysis of the property income. This thesis gives a clear definition of the property income, studies the key role of the property income plays in narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor and proposes some suggestions on how to redue the property income gap.
