The reasons of turnover of porcelain in fix bed in production of oxydol are analyzed. It is thought that the main reasons come from the catalyst filling and operation. Because the operation factor is not regarded as the main reason by the relevant people, the operation factor is expounded and analyzed particularly in this paper, and the countermeasure is given.
