防治棉田斜纹夜蛾专用药剂配方筛选试验

Screening of Some Special Pharmaceutical Prescriptions for Control of Prodenia litura on Cotton

为有效地控制斜纹夜蛾对棉花的危害，经室内试验、室外调查，筛选出2个用于防治斜纹夜蛾的复配药剂配方。对人畜短安全间隔期（6d）配方：4．5％高效氯氰菊酯、50％辛硫磷、增效剂和水的体积比为1：1：1：4000。对人畜长安全间隔期（12d）配方：48％毒死蜱、50％辛硫磷、增效剂和水的体积比为1：1：1：4000。2种复配农药的室内试验校正防治效果迭93．9％～96．8％。10hm^2棉田中试的校正防治效果达92．4％-96．6％。2种复配农药对棉大造桥虫、红腹灯蛾、白星花金龟等也有较好的防治效果。

Two kinds of complex pharmaceutical prescriptions have been screened out for the effective prevention and control of Spodoptera litura on cotton through indoor tests and outdoor investigations. One is short safety interval （5 d） formula containing 4.5% β- cypermethrin, 50% phoxim, synergist and water, their volume ratio is 1： 1： 1： 4000, the other is long safety interval （ 12 d） formula including 40% chlorpyrifos, 50% phoxim, synergist and water, their volume ratio is 1： 1： 1： 4000. Results of laboratory tests proved that the corrected control effect of the two kinds of compound pesticides against Spodoptera litura was 93.9% - 96.8%. Their corrected control effect in 10 hm^2 cotton field test reached to 92.4% -96.6%. The two kinds of compound pesticides also showed good effect on the major cotton pests such as Ascotis selenaria Schiff. et Denis, Spilarctia subcarnea Walker and Potosia brevitarsis Lewis etc.
