摘要
运用LS—DYNA仿真软件研究了弧锥结合罩的结构参数对侵彻体形成的影响规律.对于起爆方式为中心点和不同位置的环形起爆,通过改变弧锥结合罩的圆弧曲率半径和锥角,对比分析了形成的侵彻体的性能,得出弧锥结合罩的结构参数对EFP成型的影响规律.结果表明,弧锥结合罩的圆弧曲率半径和锥角存在最优值,圆孤曲率半径在45~55mm、锥角在145°~155°范围内取值较好.优化设计了一种成型装药结构,并进行了试验验证,试验结果与数值模拟结果吻合较好,为进一步研究多模成型装药提供了参考.
The effect of configuration parameter of arc-cone liner on penetrator formation was researched by LS-DYNA software. Aiming at center and different position annulus initiation, by changing the arc curvature radius and cone angle of arc-cone liner, the performance of penetrator was analyzed. The effect law of the configuration parameter of arc-cone liner on the formation of Explosively Formed Penetrator (EFP) was obtained. The result shows that arc curvature radius and cone angle of arc-cone liner has optimization combination. Arc curvature radius selected between 45 mm and 55 mm is better, and cone angle is between 145° and 155°. A structure of shaped charge was optimized, and it was proved by experiment. The results of simulation are in agreement with the experimental data. The result can offer reference for the further study of multimode shaped charge.
