摘要
为深入了解一种大口径超轻量化高射机枪的刚柔耦合特性,建立了该高射机枪的刚柔耦合虚拟样机的仿真模型,对该高射机枪的实际发射过程进行了仿真试验.比较了刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型与多刚体虚拟样机模型的仿真结果,分析了刚柔耦合对高射机枪发射过程仿真中运动学和动力学特性的影响.对比多刚体模型,刚柔耦合模型自动机循环周期增大,枪口振动周期加大,振动速度变小,机匣受力得到改善.
In order to understand the rigid-flex coupled characteristics of a super-light antiaircraft machine gun of large caliber, simulation model of a rigid-flex coupled prototype was set up. The simulation of firing process of the antiaircraft machine gun was carried out. The simulation result of a rigid-flex coupled model was compared with that of rigid multi-body model. The effects of rigid-flex coupled structure on kinematics and kinetics characteristics of firing process of the machine gun simulation model were studied. Compared with multi-rigid model, the cycle period of the automatic mechanism is longer; the vibration cycle of the muzzle is longer; the vibration velocity is smaller. The stress of receiver is improved.
