摘要
采集18个产地的石灰石样品,对其进行了脱硫特性三项指标A(热重分析测试)、K(模拟实验台测试)、G(模拟实验台测试)的测定,分别按着各项活性指标的大小,把石灰石脱硫特性的优劣分为四级,并且建立了石灰石主要化学成分与各项活性指标的预测模型;利用主成分分析对各项活性指标赋权,通过与理想点的贴近度给出各样品关于三项活性指标的综合得分,从而对石灰石脱硫特性的优劣进行综合评价,以便应用于锅炉烟气脱硫系统。
Limestone samples from 18 places of origin are tested to get the three indexes of desulfurization features:A (heat weight analysis test) K(Simulate or stand test) G(simulate or stand test).Classify the features into four grades according to their activated indexes,and establish the predication model of the primary chemical components of limestone and activated indexes.Thus the comprehensive evaluation of the deoulfurization features can be carried out by primary component analysis weighting with activated indexes, and through the comprehensive results of the three activated indexes of various samples obtained from the approaching degree of ided points so as to apply the smoke desulfurization system of boilers.
