摘要
利用猪油在碱性催化剂作用下反应制备生物柴油的工艺。通过L25(53)正交试验对反应条件进行筛选,采用HP5890Ⅱ()气相色谱仪对产物进行分析。结果表明,最佳反应条件为催化剂用量0.9%,油醇摩尔比1∶6,反应温度80℃,反应时间50 min,此条件下的产率为89.5%。制得的动物源性生物柴油在结构上与石化柴油相近。
The production technique of biodiesel from refined lard was by using the basic catalyst in this paper. L25 (53) orthogonal combination experiment was designed to select the best appropriate conditions of this method and HP5890 ( Ⅱ ) gas chromatograph was chosen to analyze the product. The result showed that the optimal reaction condition was that amount of catalyst was 0. 9% ( out of the oil weight) ; the molar ratio of oleyl alcohol was 1 to 6; reaction temperature was 80 ℃ ; reaction time was 50 min and the productivity was 89.5 %. It was shown that the structure of the biodiesel from the above production technique was similar to the diesel.
