土地开发整理项目估算指标模型研究

Research on the Mode of Assessing Indexes for the Projects of Land Exploiting and Reorganizing

土地开发整理是一新型工程建设项目,目前在工程造价管理上缺乏必要的估算标准。通过建立基准区估算指标与全国各省市区估算指标的数学模型,获得了全国统一工程建设标准下的估算标准,为国家从宏观层面管理全国土地开发整理项目提供科学依据。

Land exploiting and reorganizing is a new construction projects. Currently, no assessing standard of project cost could be used on the projects construction. The mathematic model was established to assess indexes both for the base district and for all the provinces in China in this research. The assessment standard at unite construction standard for whole China was obtained. The scientific foundation was provided for China government to macro-control the projects of land exploiting and reorganizing.
