摘要
磷酸金属锂盐如LiFePO4、Li3V2(PO4)3和LiVPO4F都有稳定的结构,具有作为锂离子电池正极材料的良好特性,如放电电压较高、放电倍率能力强和循环寿命长等。作为EV和HEV用电池正极材料,成本低廉、资源丰富、对环境友好、有优异的热稳定性和安全性。综述了这些材料的发展过程和提高性能的方法,如掺杂、取代和包覆,并预估了它们的发展趋势。
Lithium metal phosphate compounds such as LiFePO4, Li3 V2 (PO4)3 and LIVPO4F had high structure stability, low cost, abundant material resource, high rate capability, long cycle life, friendly to the environment, especially high thermal stability and excellent as cathode materials for Li-ion batteries used in EV and HEV. The current research progress, the methods of improving the electrochemical characteristics with doping, substituting, coating and the development trends for these materials were reviewed.
