催化裂化重汽油加氢脱硫工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以馏程大于70℃的催化裂化重汽油为原料,在装填OTC-M型催化剂的30 mL微型固定床反应评价装置上,进行加氢脱硫的工艺研究。结果表明,优化的加氢条件为:反应温度260℃、反应压力1.6 MPa、氢油体积比300∶1、进料空速4 h-1;在此工艺条件下,重汽油的硫含量由272.35μg/g降至124.78μg/g,脱硫率达54.18%。 The hydrodesulfurization process were investigated in an evaluation unit with a 30 mL mieroreaetor fixed - bed, using catalytic cracking heavy gasoline (70 ℃ plus) as feedstock and OTC -M as hydrogenation catalyst. The results showed that the optimum conditions were: reaction temperature 260 ℃ ,reaction pressure 1.6 MPa, volumn ratio of hydrogen to oil 300: 1, feeding airspeed 4 h^-1. At this condition the sulfur content in heavy gasoline reduced from 272.35 μg/g to 124.78 μg/g,and the desulfurization percent reached 54.18%.
